LONGTERM WEEKLY RATE IS DURING SUMMER ONLY & FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE, ANY WEEKS AFTER THE FIRST 4 ARE STILL THE REDUCED RATE, ANY DAYS AFTER THE WEEKS ARE AT THE REGULAR DAILY RATE.

Monthly: electric $65-30ft and under, $85-31ft and over. No refunds for early departures, 2 occupants maximum.
Nightly Rates:  are for 4 people, $5 per day each person after 4, (8 people max.)
Extra Vehicles:  (upon availability) are $5 per day, $25 per week, $75 per month.      
Due to our continuing effort to provide a wonderful experience, our Rates, Rules, and Seasons are subject to change without notice.
Pet Policy: 2 Pets. Pets must be kept on a 6ft leash and be accompanied by the owner at all times. They are not allowed in the Club Room, Pool Area, Laundry Room, Playground, or RV sites other than your own. Tying pets to objects and pets being left outside unattended is unacceptable, erecting a pet pen or crate will not be allowed. ALL PETS MUST BE INSIDE AT NIGHT. Please, no noisy or aggressive pets or you will be asked to remove your pet from the Park. We do have marked pet areas for your convenience, so please do not allow your pet to use the horseshoe pit area. There will be a $20 fee if you are observed not picking up after your pet. We want both pet owners and non-pet owners to enjoy their stay with us. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation/Refund policy:  A 14 day notice of cancellation/change is required, 30 day notice for monthly, during Summer Season, Special Events or Holidays. We charge the full amount in order to secure the reservation. Without proper notice of cancellation, the first night is charged. There will be a $10.00 cancellation/change fee on all cancelled/changed reservations.  No Shows will be charged the first night and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled at 12pm the day following the arrival day. Although we try very hard to satisfy all individual requests, we cannot guarantee specific sites or areas, only that when you secure your reservation with payment you will have a space in our beautiful park. Our rules were instituted for the safety, convenience and enjoyment of all. Have a great vacation.
